Return Policy

We offer a 30-day money back, Customer Satisfaction Guarantee.

• All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Contact IMG directly for RMA numbers.
• For defective discs, or incorrect orders, IMG reserves the right to correct the problem at its discretion by shipping replacements or additions to resolve the problem.

  • Orders must have been placed directly on the website, must have been properly paid for, require UPS proof of delivery, and must be returned within 30 days of the shipment date.
  • Order must be returned exactly as shipped.
  • Customer must prepay all shipping charges for returned items, and the returned items packaging must clearly indicate the RMA number on the outside of the package.
