Innovation Management Group, Inc. (IMG) believes that addressing consumer concerns about privacy online is important. IMG has always treated customer and prospective customer information as privileged, and IMG has never abused this trust by providing this information to any third party. On this page IMG presents the company policy regarding electronic and traditional methods of information gathering. This policy has been in effect since IMG's incorporation in 1995.

Other non-governmental organizations that require fees for membership shatter the illusion of integrity that any such "symbol of approval" can encompass. Ethical behavior, integrity, and pride do not require monetary funding. If required, IMG can offer references to prospective customers that wish unbiased statements of the quality and integrity of IMG's products, services, and character.
